Services:
- Depending on level of need.
- To ensure that participants are making progress, individual treatment plans are developed and monitored regularly.
- R.N supervisor on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Email reporting available
- Most Services can be provided at home. Hospital or other facility, in conjuction with Medicare covered home health.
- Physical, Occupational, Respiratory, Speech therapy.
- Home health aide Services.
